PointFS provides integrated facilities and building management services to the Canberra strata community. We ensure that all aspects of the facilities we manage are well looked after as well as compliant with all necessary standards and requirements. We achieve this by having a thorough understanding of what each facility requires, building strong relationships with contractors, detailed reporting, and comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules.
If your building needs maintenance jobs completed but doesn’t require Building Management, or your current Building Management doesn’t quite allow for all those little extras that may arise, PointFS also offers standalone maintenance services catered to your needs.
All contractors engaged by PointFS are inducted to each individual site and requested to supply up to date insurances and Work Method Statements where applicable, prior to commencing work.
It is important for the Owners Corporation to understand any issues related to their assets. At PointFS we create detailed monthly reports based on the daily occurrences and audit inspections we conduct at each facility.
We provide these comprehensive reports to both the Strata Manager and the Owners Corporation to ensure all information and activity relating to your facility is clearly detailed. Our aim is to ensure each member of the Owners Corporation understands how their investments are being maintained and where their fees are being spent. The monthly reports also allow the Owners Corporation to maintain and build their annual budget.
Owners Corporations have an obligation to provide a safe physical environment for residents, contractors and visitors.
We work closely with Strata Managers and Stakeholders to ensure a safe environment is always achieved.
At PointFS we ensure all contractors and service providers operating for the Owners Corporation are formally inducted and all required safety documentation is managed in accordance with Owners Corporation’s obligations.
At PointFS, we recognise the importance of maintaining the value of the Owners Corporation’s assets. We can incorporate your existing asset registers into our site-specific maintenance schedules to ensure all plant and equipment are maintained on a regular basis.
Our onsite Building Managers will work closely with service providers to ensure all assets are well maintained and operating as designed. Some of the items we manage are outlined below:

- Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Security systems including CCTV and electronic access
- Electrical infrastructure
- Lift Services
- Cleaning services
- Landscaping services
